Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, swimwear, and intimate items are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, keep the packaging, and send clear photos.

To request a return, email support@lunestre.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
